Growing the Chenosis Community

01 — Project details

Chenosis had set an ambitious goal: grow its digital community to 250,000 people.

The challenge was not simply to publish more content. Chenosis operates in a highly technical space, and much of the subject matter can feel abstract or difficult to understand outside of the telecoms and developer ecosystem.

We needed to build reach while also making the brand more human, more visible and easier for different audiences to connect with.

02 — Creative process

I combined paid media with a high-frequency, always-on content approach.

We created and adapted content for each platform rather than publishing the same material everywhere. This included campaign-led content, topical industry conversations, partner features, educational posts and face-to-camera videos.

I also stepped in front of the camera as a recognisable representative of the brand, helping to explain who Chenosis was, what we did and why the work mattered.

The strategy connected three things:

Paid media helped accelerate reach.

Consistent organic content helped build recognition over time.

Human-led storytelling helped audiences connect with a technical brand in a more natural way.

Video became an important part of giving Chenosis a recognisable voice and personality.

Through interviews, partner conversations, explainers and short-form content, we were able to take complex subjects and make them more accessible.

The content helped audiences understand not only the products available through Chenosis, but the wider role the business played within the API and digital-services ecosystem.

03 — Results

By 2025, the Chenosis community had grown to a total of 285,092, exceeding the original target of 250,000.

The growth also gave Chenosis a broader and more recognisable digital presence.

Rather than showing up only when there was a product to promote, the brand developed an ongoing voice across industry conversations, partnerships and educational content.
