Domaine Bellevue Sauvignon Touraine 2023, speaks directly to the distinctive terroir of the Loire region. Located in the middle Loire region of Touraine we find the effects of the chalky, sandy soil permeate throughout this wine drinking experience.

This wine's versatility and distinctive intensity fills out the often one-sided & muted zip a sauvignon can present.

Winemaker Patrick Vauvy is dedicated to enhancing both vineyard and cellar practices, embracing innovation with meticulous care. Through controlled yields—achieved by careful pruning and thinning—only the ripest grapes are selected.

Notably, Vauvy often begins his harvest later than his neighbours, ensuring optimal fruit quality.

The nose opens to a powerful greenery of aromas - think freshly cut pear and spoon scooped passionfruit.

On the palate a welcomed lubricant slicks the mouth with a linger of a luscious mouth feel. Mid-acidity with robust minerality and crisp florality.

Elegant & Exuberant.
